 On this last day of July this lily is almost up to my porch ceiling.  Tomorrow.....August!

I didn't take any photos today, but I have this picture of Sunday's sunrise on Lake Champlain. Too bad photos don't capture how amazing they are in person.

  This tree is growing on a rock stuck out in the middle of the Alaskan ocean, like one of the rocks seen in the picture below.  It is just a whole other level of 'bloom where you are planted'!
